On another note, James and I had the best climbing day ever yesterday!
Here is a picture of the route we did. It was 3 pitches. I'm not entirely sure how to explain this but I will try. First, James would climb the first pitch then he would belay me from the top of the 1st pitch/bottom of the 2nd, then I would belay him from the top of the 1st/bottom of the 2nd pitch and then he would belay me from the top of the 2nd/bottom of the 3rd pitch and so on. I did a little color coding for your reference. James is the only one that did the 3rd pitch. It was really hard, and I was exhausted by they time we got there. If you enlarge the photo you can see the little people on the mountain which will help put this to scale.... :)

Here we are at the top of the 2nd pitch!

Oh my gosh...that's incredible! Are you strong enough to belay James from the 2nd pitch? He he fell, would you both fall of the mountain? You guys better be careful. My stomach got nervous just looking at your pictures.
K, you guys are certainly SO brave!!! I was hiking up in Eldorado awhile back and there were so many climbers out that day. When I got closer to them and had a better glance at that sport, I had a better knowing of I'm not sure I'm brave enough to ever try that!!! HAHA!!!
It does look like tons of fun though.
so cool!
ok.. I'm not sure if I'm terribly impressed or scared to death.. I think its the later.. I think I better find our 4th of July camping spot near some cool climbing area!
ohhh cool! when i finally make it out to visit, you guys so have to take me climbing!!!!!
Wow! You guys are insane (in a good way)!! Very cool- but I agree, be careful!!
