Something is wrong with me. I love good food.... a little too much. This little restaurant called the Smiling Moose Deli opened up at the bottom of my office building today and I CANNOT stop thinking about this (on toasted multi-grain):

Dig into this grilled sandwich of garden fresh spinach, artichokes, roasted red peppers, mushrooms, black olives, tomatoes and sunflower seeds with melted Swiss cheese and pesto mayo.
It is literally disrupting my work, I can't think about anything else.... I needed an outlet to voice my excitement and frustration... so ya, I am blogging at work. I am SOOO deeply excited about the Smiling Moose opening and I pretty much want to cry because I have a work lunch today and I have to go eat Chinese food in 15 minutes instead. (Work friends - please don't think poorly of me...)

Yes you crack me up... There are starving children in Africa! Be grateful for Chinese food!
all sounds amazing besides the sunflower seeds....maybe me and eeds can meet you there for lunch when we come next time! :)
