Driving Across the Country!

The day after we got back from our honeymoon we got on the road toward Tennessee. Eastern Colorado and Kansas are probably the most boring places either of us have ever driven through. After Kansas we drove through Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky and then finally got to Tennessee. We stopped half way in Kansas City, MO. We stayed the night at Drury Inn and had a fabulous HOT breakfast in the morning. While driving through Illinois, we stopped in Superman's hometown of Metropolis and saw a (not so) giant statue of Superman. We saw lots of rivers and went over lots of bridges throughout the drive. It was fun and didn't seem to take 18 hours... probably because we were in such good company. :) It is so green here!
