The animal I married.

This past weekend, James did the Ultimate Challenge in Utah.  It was a 112 mile bike ride with 12,000 feet of elevation gain.  It is said to be the hardest one-day race in the nation.  Don't ask me why he chose this one to be his first organized race...  He was so awesome.  I can't believe how strong he is.  My dad was wishing he would have signed up for it with him and just had to get on his bike and ride the last 60 miles with him.  He said it was the hardest 60 miles he has ever rode.  And that's saying something because he has been riding for probably 10 or 12 years.  I think there were moments that James thought he was crazy for even attempting this, but he was glad he did when it was all said and done.  James' mom Julie and sister Samantha came along to watch with me, my dad and Skyler.  And once again, Skyler was a little trooper being in and out of the car all day.  We got some pretty good shots of James and a few of Skyler, too.
